yeah... time to welcome a new member to the WC Champions Club (or hall of fame). Spain and Netherlands have a chance to make it this time... my wishful inclination too
The sotong is really choon. 6 games in a row all correct. I did a probability calculation of the chance of getting 6 corrects in a row and it came out to be 1.56% only. No joke! Sotong or football analysts? Who to believe? If he get the final game right too, the probabilityof that happening go down to 0.08%!!! That's god-like prediction. Sotong can go on Sotheby-Christy auction - minimum bid how high can it go?
spain vs holland... a sea of red and reddish-orange... no wonder the sky getting redder and redder this month if you observe the nite-sky. The angels, may be,routing for one of them. Overall, i prefer spain style. Spainish players are smaller than Germans/dutch, but with niffy footwork and great ball skills, they can lift the cup. i just hope robbens and co. don't continue with their "actings" each time they fall. (they hoping referee will show the yellow/red card, you guess right). come on holland, stop acting! show us your total football, and make the "red" see "orange".
time flies, WC is coming to an end soon....
I am thinking if this sotong ball (Pual) got it right and picked the winner correctly for the final between Spain vs Holland, then punters all over the world will want to steal it and not eat it. It will be their money churning pet ... hehe, nicky you tempted?

The tactic used by both teams were similar.
IMO the main difference was the Germans played it too cautiously & too slow.
If they had played like vs Argentina in the 2nd half of the game, fast & furious, they had likely won the match.

they often ruined the chance of holding onto the ball, poor passing as often there was no one to pass to. You must be right it's not by chance. But last night they didn't play well enough. of course looking is no sweat compare to playing
well compare to the year wh. France got champion where players kept pulling one another, this world cup seems more civilised but lots of dramas
Germany whacking argentina is not by luck.. but spain is too tough this time round and stop german from playing their game bec they cant get the ball.. u are rite on spain is really quick to close down germans when they get the ball.. this is same as how german played with argentina where argentina got no chance at all..

As usual, always watch the last couple of games in FIFA world cup. well, after half an hour watching the game last night, was doubtful that German would win. Spain was just good in all aspects--defensing, attacking, passing ball.
Their defense was one to one or few gather in front of the player who has a ball near the goal area, where as German spread out infront of the goal area and studying where would the ball holder pass his ball too and always left lots of gap for Spain to pass ball to another and let Spain have 13 goal opportunities.
Once Spain got the ball, most Spain player rush down to standy the relay in passing ball, whereas German was too slow in this aspect. Quite shock and very disaapointed in seeing German being so weak in strategy--didn't seems to me there were strategy at all. They must be lucky to win 4-0 to Argentina.
Have nothing to say about the goalkeepers, they were so sharp.
Missed the match of Holland and don't know the way they play. Will the outopus stay above Spain again this time!! Yes definitely won't miss the final
the image flashing on my mind comes true.. holland vs spain final.. holland will have a hard time.. spain's passing is the best so far i had seen in any international team.. their game is still abit boring to watch if you support the other team bec all the while you will be watching spain playing the ball around.. but if you are a spain fan, of cos you are happy.. number 2 on fifa ranking.. they should knock brazil off number 1 soon..
