That true, most of those recently IPO listed dun float above water and for some fair even worst.

This is a big ship and only mean for institutional funded and even if it float downward, they are able to buy/sell and trade as accordingly with all their available funds.

Or will it be like this one?. Drive / dive like a sub. This NCS is mean for BBs institutional fund to vest, buy/sell or vest, open to retail play after IPO-ed is cheaper rather then get stuck. Stag

Statistics have shown that newly IPO stocks will drop below their IPO price with nearly 80% certainty after 1st trading week.. cos those big boys n institutions holding on to the stock will be free to dump it.. cos under IPO listing rules, substantial stock holders have to hold on for a cetain period..

Anyone remembers MARY CHIA IPO.. hit high of 0.40.. can't even smell this counter now..

Generally, the moral of the story is, issuing IPO at the not so favourable timing, ie May of yr, debt crisis at Euro, not as well known as Cosco n Yzj, and finally not so good response on preceeding IPOs. Wat else?

New Century Shipping may be a large Shipping Building Company in China but IPO is only 560million + shares (US$560million) and only 8 million + shares offered to public.

What does this mean? Just Register a name in Singapore, thats it?

We are expecting US$1.2 BILLION shares public offering a few weeks ago.
