Oh yah, basically, I will avoid at all cost, those speculative stocks without good FA even if their TA looks good.

Yes, there is no denying tat CSI and Hongxin both have good fundamentals but timing wise on TA, not wise to enter CSI now, maybe later, but again, TA is not infallible, so dyodd.

I  feel very sad to see Cheong Wee leaving n do fervently hold u hold strong and stay in this forum despite one or two TA detractors for the betterment and good of all other forumers tat appreciate your sharing.

On my part, I will try my best to stay for as long as I can n not bow out just to one or 2 TA detractors but I may leave one day if there are too many TA detractors and misleading forumers appearing in this forum.

If you guys referred to below data. 

You can see china sports 4X less share than China Hongx and its share price is 0.14. China Sports should be at least $0.30-$0.56 given its earning and the small amount of shares.

However people tends to think and see things on the shallow side of the story.  They blindly look follow whats on the FR and didnt analyzed properly. As long as the figures look huge and stay positive they are good.

Does it really look that good ? Ask yourself this question China Hongx made like 20 millions shoes a year where china sports made 5 million shoes and both have very similar profit. It is dangerous here if you look carefully.

China Sports will definitely increase their market share as they are gaining popularity in China. If you are smart you will invest on those people that can made profit for you even in bad times. To me why should i invest in china hongx when it cannot justified its huge investment and further more without any RETURNS "no dividends". Ask yourself What did China Hongx has given back to the shareholders so far and What did China Sports given back to shareholders so far? 

 

Go do your home work and you will understand why China Sports  better than  China Hongx

Read today's Sunday Times,"Invest, pg 23", I quote in red:

"Watch Out for Scammers"

Point no. 3:

3. Pump and Dump scams.

These are typical conducted via an unsolicited phone call or e-mail. The scammer, who holds a stock, attempts to boost its price via false and misleading recommendations (the "pump") which are e-mailed to many people. The stock is often promoted as a "hot tip". Once there is a surge of interest from victims, the scammers sell the stock (the dump").

The victims lose their investments as the stock price falls. Such scams usually target thinly traded or small-cap stocks as they are easy to manipulate and it does not take  many new buyers to push up the prices. To avoid being taken in, it is best not to rely on information you receive via an unsolicited source.

My comments:

(1) This is true not only via unsolicited phone call and e-mail but also in public forums, so be wary of wat u read and dyodd.

(2) It is also true tat scammers usually target thinly traded or small-cap stocks, but it is still okay to trade small-cap stocks if u dyodd using FA and TA. Knowing tat the stock has good fundamentals is not good enuf as u may get caught buying at a high price by the "pump" which is primed for corrections (the dump"), thus the importance of  TA to know whether it had been pumped up (avoid buying and being caught) and instead wait for buying opportunities (during the correction) by studying the candlesticks and other indicators for reversal patterns.

I know TA from inside out. I know what extend can TA help. That's why hardcore TA will know that it is about to forming a Doji Morning Star.

It has 2 failed attempt to short down the price twice. You will see Monday or latest Tuesday on the chart the Doji Morning Star. 

 

Newtothis. TA analsyt should be respected. Emm we should not erase their hardwork saying there is no real accurate TA chart.

In actual as i mentioned in below forum, their analsye are really useful to a certain extend.

Anyway, i like yr strong character, emm hope to see Doji Morning Star by Monday if not Tuesday as u mentioned.

TA can help us know the short-term, mid-term n long term trend to trade accordingly.

Short-term are meant for contra Trader.

Mid-term are meant for those who once get a reasonable profit, they will offload their holding.

Long term...emm i considered them as die hard fan for the company....

See which type of traders u are. If u are short term trader, than with current TA analyse, u may got shaking legs if u just vested in a while ago.

But if u are a mid-term & long term trader, emm we may see a revert in fortune at later part with TA projection in favour to us at latter part.

Anyway as the FA of this company is good, i don't think we should not worry much.

Up & down of stock price is part & parcel of the stock movement. No stock will go down forever & also no stock will go up forever.

You will see the turning of Doji Morning Star by Monday if not Tuesday :) Confirmed

 

Ooo that bad. Anyway, we had seen the TA analyse from Pilotfish, el7888 & you. N all have different view.

Let see which one forecast is nearer to the right one........

And we will know who is the TA   GURU.............
