80 cents....unless it announced that it recognize it profit from it residential projects in sydney.......or other very positive announcement and perhaps special dividend when it recognize it residential profit.....

.635 is the crucial price (this weeks high)...
Many chartists have sold or shorted at this price.
If it doesn't go higher than this price by end of next week,
it may go down. Hopefully, it can go pass .64 next week...
I bought some at 0.62 , Q for few days then can get it.
I have bought more at $0.615 and I think it will go up all the way now.....when any news on the gems are announced...the price will shoot up....much better than a lot of local property counters...
Some persistent buying today.
Just buy and can sleep soundly and waiting for
1. hotels to be sold or put into reits...
2. office in perth to be sold or for recurring rental income
3. develop landbanks at/near hotels site
4. recognize profits from residential properties
High A$ and strong Aust economy are extra bonuses......recurring hotel business occupancy rate and room rate should improve further after the flood.....

He bot another 167,000 shares again today @0.60. Something must be brewing.
Chairman come to to buy again, 150 Lots at 0.605 on 17/06. Should be possitive news.
shplayer used to give very insightful analyses on this counter regularly in the past.We shall miss his postings....sigh...
S$ perform badly against A$ lately.....worried about S$ better....
Will buy more this week....hope to get at $0.6 and below..........
Are people worried A$ overvalued and may go down if CNY goes down too?

uptrend still intact i guess. 0.58 might be a good time to enter, depending on market condition. just my thoughts
only the CEO knows. and he knows when and at what price to pick

market can be irrational, with 3 cents dividend, SL is 58.5 cents....is this too undervalued????
