It has been brought to the attention of the Board of Directors (?Board?) of Delong Holdings
Limited (?Delong?) that comments have been made in the Aussie Stock Forums to the effect
that Delong?s Chairman Mr Ding Liguo is in trouble with the Chinese Central Government and
that the Central Commission Against Corruption has opened a file on him. Mr Ding has
confirmed to the Board that these comments are untrue and have no basis whatsoever. Mr
Ding categorically denies these untrue allegations and libelous comments.
