Gosh... Things went wrong today.. Short 30lost @ 0.29 today during lunch time.
Now, standing firm at 0.325... Sob sob... lost ard 1K already. Any advise to buy back now or wait till end of the day?

Isn't it the same with anything ? If property or stocks (assuming the company holds on to it) or inventories (like steel) crashes, the company equity will be hit. While vessels are not affected by fair value loss or gain in the financial statements since they are not fungible, the bankers have the LTV covenants with regards to their loans.
In a business trust, NAV is more or less meaningless since the trust has no intention of ever selling the asset. It's only intention is to ensure that the asset continues to provide stable and recurring income.

Property also depreciates... Property tend to give 4-6% return on their asset value while vessels give between 10 to 13% return on their assets. So it cancels out.
