Most S-chip had lost it worth and all know why, if u want to vest in S-chip, just play those u can afford to write off. Play small on S-ship is still ok, if up u get happy when U right about your view. If kanna wrong or bomb U also wont feel so pain, thats the  way I feel toward S-chip now. Wish U luck :)

Got a feeling this will be play up soon..
most fibre play up..
hello sir zhuge foreland is now 0.09 cents [hope i am right] how far can it likely move???-
Report from KE.
Growth led by capacity expansion in existing plant and new plant. Our recent teleconference with the management affirmed that growth remains on track. In FY08, the group will expand its production capacity through its existing plant at Jinjiang City (up to 20%) and through its recent acquisition of Shandong Taroko. The newly acquired plant, which has a land space that is 6x larger than the existing plant, has ample room to grow as it works towards improving its utilization rate from the current 50% to 80% by FY08.
High-grade functional fabrics is the way to go. Foreland's major clients are sportswear makers. Foreland takes advantage of its R&D expertise and technology collaborations with renowned international partners to service the growing pool of sportswear producers such as OEM factories of Li Ning, ANTA and KAPA. Strong order backlog justifies Foreland's aggressive capacity expansion.
Cost execution still manageable. No severe raw material cost pressure thus far. Most of their raw material price trends (mainly yarns and chemicals) were relatively stable, except for coal-related materials which constitute less than 20% of COGS. The management remains confident of sustaining and improving gross margins.
Use of IPO proceeds still on track. Foreland is still working on building a plant at An Dong to expand its production capacity. Local government has granted the land-use right. The An Dong plant is expected to add an annual production capacity of 15m yards in FY09 and 30m yards in FY10, which we have not factored into our forecasts.
As of yesterday, Foreland Fabritech trades at a mere 4.7x FY08 PER and 3.1x FY09, a discount to the sector average of 9.3x FY08 PER. The S chips had a good run in the past few weeks, although Foreland has been a laggard despite its strong growth momentum and cheap valuations. Our fair value stays at $0.66, based on the average of our PER (8x FY08 PER) and 5-year DCF valuation.
