what i heard from my broken it that Jade may be taken private...
It said that it is aware of some negotiations or discussions between substantial shareholder(s) of the company and a third party to acquire shares in the company. The negotiations or discussions could also potentially lead to a general offer for all the shares in the company, it said.

Bought Jade beginning of the year at 2 cents on account of it being a sub of Citibank and management expecting a turnaround in the company's fortune this year. But did Citibank started off as one of the original owners or is it thru some loans default?

It is time to take profit. Jade Tech has been diluted since 2003. When 2 lots you are given 50 lots, what a good gifts, but it turn out to be penny stocks. From 80 cents price, drop to a 2 cents share. Is it wise for you to invest now???

It did indicate this year will be modest profit.
i bought at 3c intend to hold for long term. it has a big gap to cover above 30c. Nice base formation with a breakout and had rested enough waiting for a rise. advise u to hold and not to trade for a few cents gain.
