Federal International (2000) Limited announced that Federal Environmental Engineering Pte Ltd and Alton International (S) Pte Ltd (AIS), being subsidiaries of the Company, have secured orders in relation to the supply of flowline control and other oil and gas related equipment totaling S$38 million for deliveries in 2014. The orders to AIS include the supply of equipment to a US major oil and gas company under the terms of a Strategic Supply Agreement. (Closing price: S$0.025, -%)

what happened to this counter..
remember it was @ 60-70c when i last traded it..
now only 4.6 c
any case seems like a gem with its low share price vs NAV of 13.3c
profitable company in the O& G services sector..

Federal International (2000) Ltd announced the completion of the sale of the Vessel, “Federal I” by its subsidiary Federal Offshore Services Pte Ltd (“FOS”) to PT Sinar Mentari Prima which is the company nominated by the Purchasers PT Sinar Mentari Prima, PT Multiline Shipping Services and PT Saratoga Sentra Business, to take delivery of the “Federal I” and the receipt of US$26,190,000, being the balance purchase consideration.

Federal International (2000) Ltd announced that PT Gasuma Federal Indonesia had obtained the approval from the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights on the transfer of the FHEC’s 60% interests in the shareholding of GFI to PT Yudistira Energy on 11 March 2011. With effect from that date, the Sale Shares have been effectively transferred to PT Yudistira Energy and PT Gasuma Federal Indonesia has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company.

once annouce of new contract this year....headed N will be very very fast.......
my personal time frame for such growth stock is at least 6 months to a year, reason been, as mention....the power/oil/gas industry is booming.
