Second,  the investment in General Nice proceed and business is  " Real" , not Con by Chinese.

The Coke business theme  will be  very good and timely,  General Nice operation  Thailand is a good  spot  to  direct  Digiland business,  a solid turnaround story.  Although now only take a minor stake, it can lead to more better thing in order to tap on capital market...

Only and if (big if)  all these stars are aligned......

Maybe like most players here who oredi bot at one cent can start calling BBs who is interested n keen to buy. Can buy from open mkt, to buy up at two, three cents.

Digiland has substantially scaled down a proposed share placement to a max of 2.05b shares, from an original proposal to issue of up to 5.8b new shares, because of the cap by the general share issue mandate. The issue price will remain at 0.1¢. This means that the net proceeds will fall to just under $2m from $5.78m, though the money will still be used for working capital. Under the revised subscription terms, Smartful will take up a max of 846m shares, instead of 3.3 b under the original agreement. Mr Lee will subscribe to a max of 700m, instead of 2 b, while Ms Chia will subscribe to an unchanged maximum of 500m shares. Smartful was previously the company's substantial shareholder, while Mr Lee and Ms Chia are private investors.

 

What kind of Directors are they? Do not even know what are their entitlement to issue new shares that will  dilute common shareholders stake.... They think they  suka suka any how diulte... They can only place less than half of the amount. How embarrassing to tell the investors " Sorry actually I cannot  place you so much" . LOL

Anyway,

Mr. Xiao, Mr. Lee and Ms Chai, since Digiland cannot place share to you come and buy in open market we sell to you at  0.2 cents or you  guys and gal  bid up and we all sell to you the size you need. LOL

Sure, it is reasonable if they can make Digiland  profitable by next year to show SGX. Then Digiland is a different  animal, only if they can still stay listed. That is a big IF. The Coke business has very good potential basing on  a recent report forecast Coal outstrip Oil as may energy fuel.

The placement made yesterday to 3 parties  may tell something more than we do not know.

By April 2014 it will be 3 full year so they are now desperate  and come  up with  plan B to avoid delisting. Calling EGM now for plan B approval, go and attend if you are vested or interested. Any one can comments why there need the 5 millions when they just got their Rights completed. Dilution again.

Smartful now is above 5 % second to Fortune Wood (General Nice).

Why these investors willing to part the money for the same price they can buy in the market for same price. No discount. Of course the price is lowest...

What interesting is why these investors wiling to come in at this price and current business condition and listing condition. Ponder.....

Just punt a little for e slight maybe la. But only buy at 1 not 2. Cause if 2 clears its 100% profit!! Punt only what u can lose cause chances r u will lose it all.

Forget about the 100% gain. As a small investor, you  only can buy at $0.002 and sell it at  $0.001.  If you don't believe me,  try to key in to buy at $0.001 and sell at $0.002.    I really can't image how the company get the money to pay salary to its  directors and workers.  Please advise.
