will.wee.hur.make 100millions profit in 2014

Finally..after a long wait of 5hours..manage to get some.more wee hur at 38.5....still no news on the verdict...anyone from.thomson.view can.update us??

 

Thanks..i have been.monitor wh since it listed in sgx..really enjoy invest in this.counter as they take care.of our pocket..but they are too low profile ..

diverted my mapletree industrial reit to day and swap for more wee hur at 38.5.. Mapletree, a good counter with yield 7percent...good result  but seems movement is slow... i expected capital gain on wee hur will be more..1 lot can change 3,5 lots of wee hur....best hope for me...

Anyone out there staying in thomson view...may i know when judge will pass theverdict....i am qing at 38 to buy for tomorrow..

 

i am keen on wee hur but anyone know when the verdict will be out for the thomson view case? think the security gurad will know?

2014 earning is about 100mil and 2016 another 100mil, translate to 200mil or 25cts per share which means dividend payout 12.5cts and if no  further land purchase with similar profits  they keep the dividend for 6 years to make yearly dividend of 2cts. So its back to 27cts.

Looking at the volume and trade sentiment. I have a feeling it will go back down to 27cts or at most 30cts.

When market is good - people do not park in Wee Hur.

Wee Hur can dormant for 1year to 1.5year untill market no good, people will park money in Wee Hur.

Expect Wee Hur to go back to 27cts. LOL :)))

Haha it true...wee hur is a good company that dividen payout ratio is fifty...they rather give shareholders money rather than give it to media...the first time i saw is parc centros...media coverage for wee hur is.very low..if.better coverage..i believe more retail investors will buy wee hur..justnlike my dad..five per cent yield is really good..and.maybe.double also...

I meant solid result...thus i hope mgt should set up a investor relationship department to.take care on this issues...orelse.my poor uncle and auntie always ask me..wee hur cd again..give how.much how result.....build so.many hdb in.singapore and people still think u are s chip counter
