Credit Suisse has downgrade call...
● We reduce our target price for STX OSV to S$1.60 from S$2.00,
and downgrade our rating to NEUTRAL from Outperform.
● While a combination of strong order momentum and improved
margins led to strong share price performance year-to-date (+18%
versus STI -16%), we believe that earnings are increasingly at risk
with a slowdown in orders. STX OSV has secured NKr 4.1 bn of
contracts in 2011, representing only 32% of our previous forecasts
of NKr 13 bn. We reduce our order forecasts to NKr11 bn in 2011
and NKr10 bn in 2012 and 2013, leading to a decline in 2012 and
2013 EPS by 4% and 6%, respectively.
● Following a delay of close to a year, we expect contracts worth
US$536.3 mn (NKr3 bn) for eight LPG carriers with Transpetro to
become effective by November 2011. However, we do not see
this as a significant catalyst as it is within market expectations.
● STX OSV currently trades at a 2012 P/E of 7.6x, at a slight
discount to the regional offshore and marine sector. Our target
price of S$1.60 is based on a 2012 P/E of 9x.

Trend is up, but maybe hard to break 1.37.
Bot at 1.33 yesterday. Cancelled Q at 1.37, and juz sold off at 1.36 for small profit.

According to stocks lobang blog, support is strong at 1.33 with further upside in the region of 1.39.
