Its 1H09 report is due for anouncement. D preceeding one was announced on 30 Jan 08.
FY08 revenue surged to more than 230m. Increase in turnover was attributed to stong growth in office n retail rentails. Co achieved higher rental fr office n retail space. Mgt is optimistic on FY09 n expects DPU to exceed 0.0869 cts. Last FY NPAT was 281.102m as compared to d preceeding ones of 87.613m.
As AK posted on other threads as with regard to stock declined lately were attributed to market sentiment, STI lost for consecutive 6 days. SR no spare as well.

never ave down,,,the one famous Nick Lesson..he ave down and got baring bank to go under..because we know not the bottom..

or sell first buy back later cheaper...it required no extra cost, but with this you can buy you more lot so when market turn you break even faster and make more $....in this market be pateint, i believe market will bottom next year...you got alot of chance to buy.
This one ok..
I am wating to buy SIA at 9.5..and capitaland at 1.7..and many more..
