capcomms is a reit... they usually don't fall as bad or as fast as the other counters.. so long as they keep up their dividend paying

I just saw yr blogs's many comments.
Can u do an analysis on Capitacomm? Is it short-term bottomed at 1.01 and will have a gradual rebound up.?
I queued since yesterday 5.10pm at $1.005 for today , but walau eh why this Capitacomm is so strong, today STI crash badly why Capitacomm cannot even drop half a cent,? In fact not even a single lots was traded at 1.005

With Dow drop last night...0.85 seems very possible....should i revise my buying price.....
I will only consider at 0.85...............current situation,only way is down ..............
Remember they(STX Europe Holding AS ) bought 215,590,000 shares at $1.33 . Imagine how much they have lost in term of paper value(84M)..
Cash per shares about 45 cents. PE of 4.5 .. Any weakening of prices is good to consider to buy.
We or you can also help the rest to buy much cheaper in a short time by helping to short this counter on Monday...:)

lucky sold at 1.41 and flew to hph... waiting to rock and roll
want to buy..buy below 1..................for me, I will only buy around 0.85
I think it can easily crawl back to $1.20...
