I just did a scan on the SGX website and running through some of the listed companies, there are quite a few companies being suspended. Just to name a few here; Celestial, China Sun,ChinaEsave,ChinaPDye, etc. So be very careful. Do your homework.

i hope not bad news lor cos my colleague still holding on to 15lots @0.345. I ask him to run he said he wants to hold...sigh...

Now is time to go through all holdings and see if any counter potentially face similiar concerns.

Lot of investment companies are still holding their shares but alot of small time investor already dumped shares during the last few weeks.....

If the news is bad, then it is realli questionable on how the investment companies do their analysis....Sack all the analyst

No lah, pple not so confident b'cos of e China's Milk Powder's cases b4 lah..

I think CAO got a large PRC parent. That is why even a fraud committed by a single officer didn't kill the company years ago. Safer to stick to those with large PRC parents - Cosco, China Merchants Pacific and CAO. All 3 gives excellent dividends.

The only S Chips I would purchase are those which meets any one of the b/m criteria -

a) The largest shareholder or the holding company must be a PRC SOE

b) The company's executive director (and the CFO) must be local.

As for (a), I believe only Cosco and China Merchants Pacific meets it.
