It all depends on individual trader. There are technical traders that buy on/near support. There are also those who buy only upon resistance breakout. So technically, both resistance and support are equally important.

I read that there's a change in reits refinancing rule by MAS to the relief of reits manger, esp. those with lower gearing. This must be a good news for the sector. Kiv liao.

This is one of the reits to buy once u can sense that the ppty market's recovering. Hmm.....it's trading even below FCT recently, that's strange.

I dun see it that way that you are stucked. Look at the volume, pretty ok. Someone is or are accumulating and it's this phrase that price dun move that much. Once accumulation done, big buy up at the last phrase of course leap frog of price. So be patient, potential $0.72 in on week. Cheers!
