Yes, latest Edge reported this stock gaining strenght and moving averages shows bullish signals. Property stocks are now de rigueur. If BBs buy up & can break 1.17, top px may see 1.44, maybe over 6 - 12 mths. Not vested yet.
vic, if the former is true, and they are pressing it lower, will u be thinking of accumulating more?

I'm a newbie here. Just discovered this forum a few weeks back. Had been following some of the threads. Must say I'm VERY impressed with & thankful to u guys, ... Vic, Elf, (sorry, just manage to remember a few names...) for the solid research & selfless sharing... :)
Initially, what caught my attention the most was Vc's analysis of SMB (just like this latest one for Hiap Hoe). I was convinced (after doing some research myself) & picked up with a few SMB lots. Saw vic's warnings last night on SMB and managed to offload today for a tiny profit. A BIG THANK YOU to Vic :).
HH caught my attention recently with their projects. Once again, this forum gave me some very good perspectives and confirmation.
Yes, will pick up some lots in HH tmr ... and enjoy the ride...

but sigh. since it's out. yeah. the 5th wave target i calculated was 2.15. not for the next 3 mths at least tho, if not longer.
pls note: be cautious in all trades. Trends continue only if existing macro forces remain the same. So do NOT take what targets i put as fixed prices. Gotta follow trend and be more fluid.

said sometime ago in this thread that HH is an early HB, a counter with a lot of potential: it follows very closely HB's pattern abt six months ago. ie, precedence to follow alr. Corroborated by FA story--cf what victorian posted.
long story short: short term resistance at 1.19-20, when stale bulls who bought earlier try to get out. Support at ~1.08.
3rd wave upside is to 1.58. Fifth wave much higher.
Note: not for the contra player, nor for very short term (ie, one/two weeks). I'm positioning for this same way i positioned for EDMI in jan alr. Likely going to be very volatile. But the potential's undeniable. Not for the faint-hearted.

HH Oxford Suites was fully sold during soft-launch. Cuscaden Royale still not fully sold as yet.
Next one coming will be Le Chateau @Cavenagh Rd (3 months diff in completion dates vs Oxford Suite) and IF this one sees good take-up rate, this stock will fly yet again for another round !!!!! :-)

vic, sorry about not replying. i posted and then went to sleep on this counter. just woke up to see it now at 95cts. my gosh. if i didn't wake up, will not have realised that i have already broke even. i got it on the high side, pre-conso px of 18 cts.
just received the annual report. they have got good projects. cannot understand why the slide down to 60+cts. just saw the charts. it is now moving towards the pre-conso px of 19.5cts. i will take that as the resis. if broken with good vol, i believe we can see it past $1.
