why do they request for suspension??funny man!!!
The company has gone into suspension. effective 1200hr today.
CM could have easily used one of her offshore
companies to borrow US$150 million from offshore banks to pay up the
bondholders while hedging the debt against her internal cash. Most
banks will happily do it since it is relatively risk-free and good way
to earn some income.
wonder who stir the price from about 24cts to 40cts before the bad news came out.
what will make them being suspend?
cos they dun resume trading?

Sad to say that it may go into suspension like Sino-Env without resuming trading. Let's hope this will not happen.

Sounds like a right thing to do. But like Chinamilk's balance sheet, it looks like they have enough cash to pay off. But things still turn sour. sigh

let's be realistic, I am sad to say, this is not a good news... so, the market will decide where the price should go... well, remember sino-environment up from 5 cents to 12 cents before it suspends.. if you can catch those "knee jerK".. that's the best.

Yeah, among the worst news possible is a default on payments. Since transferring funds out of China is a problem, looks like fund raising is needed to stave off a lawsuit. All the best to those vested.
