CMZ must quickly cook up some creative and  fantasy  story to pacify the investing community by today. Maybe they can start getting some hints  by reading the latest Harry Potter's novel. 

 

I think views and action plans are not the priority at this stage now. Facts and proofs of evidence of innocence are what investors are waiting for from CMZ.

1. CMZâ??s biggest customer is only registered after CMZâ??s IPO. If this is true, CMZ has already start deceiving its investors right from the start.

2. CMZâ??s 2nd largest customer is founded by the CMZâ??s Chairman and has ZERO revenue. If this is true, there is a conflict of interest and the law is broken Plus CMZ is in deep debt with little chance of reclaiming the money back.

3. CMZâ??s major supplier has its license revoked just before CMZâ??s IPO. If this is true, their operation would be in trouble from the beginning.

4. CMZâ??s capital expenditure report shows the company spend RMB 1.2B, but filing shows it only spend RMB 203M. Where did the RMB 1B gone to?

Based on these, Glaucus conclude that CMZâ??s financial report is self fabricated and cannot be trusted, therefore it value itâ??s share price as $0.00. This report result in an almost 50% fall in CMZâ??s price before it calls for a trading halt.

I do not need everyone to like my posting. I post is merely just to share. And to address your points 1 by 1:

1)I am long-winded because I tend to give my facts and analysis and in the most balanced view as possible.

2)Never is my intention to sow discord. I can be mean and snide, but only towards certain people. Why not you read all their posts from the beginning of some threads and then ask yourself why I am only mean to them? Cursing people to die and jump into Bedok reservoir. Go read UMS thread.

3)I don't have to praise anyone or to account to anyone here. People like teeth53 and stockcham I praise is because I really benefitted from their posts. Before I even come here, I don't really know what is market depth also.


4)I come back to post because I realise is silly of me to leave because it is a free market here and I can post anything I want. Besides, I also feel if my posts are beneficial and can help people here, I should not leave. Having said, my posts are not 100% accurate. One always have to do his/her own due diligence.

5) I joined the club because Bro Simpsons included my name and I do know they are all nice people over there. Saying thanks is part of respect and courtesy unless you do not have.

6) Initally when I first joined I don't deny I am abit rude and disrespectful and that's because I realise they have investing styles completely different from mine. I have since already applogised to these people.

7) I don't care about being popular here or how many thumbs up I have. Does gaining a " Supreme" status means whatever things I say here my stocks will rally the next day??

8) I am really a newbie here, whether you want to believe or not.

9) Once again, I never really anyhow criticise people. Perhaps in the beginning I was too rash when I first started joining. I am only mean and snide to certain people because I feel they deserve it. You don't believe you can read all the threads here from start to beginning if you have the time and you will know what I mean.

10)Some people do post target price without facts. But you have to look at the intention behind those postings. I believe I still can tell who has good and bad intentions, who is sincere or not.

11)Instead of saying I bring my emotions to this forum, more of like when sometimes I read certain postings, I do get angry especially from certain people. And btw, have I said anything to offend this victortan guy? Once again, it has always to be people who started it first, not me.

12) I don't need everyone to kow-tau to me. I am no saint nor God. I am trying my best to contribute as fairly and as unbiased as I can. As simple as that.

This is a very clear cut PLAN of attack by glaucus. They have decided to release the report on the same week as CMZ, taking advantage CMZ will be focus and busy preparing their annual report and this will caught cmz off the guard.

They have succeeded in creating fear among the investor because CMZ took long to reply to the allegation. In fact, i felt they are just working with the time frame to address the issue.

Today business model and way of doing business can be complex in different country. Indofood have expressed their no concern with the allegations and they are comfortable with CMZ - Dun have to really worry as i believed the mgmt will address the allegations to assure the investor.

At the end of the day, it is also their (lin guorong, board of director etc) pocket at stake.

Strategy must also comes with TACTIC to kill the shortist once and for all. They will settle their score when CMZ halt lifted tmr.

cmz's crisis management fails. how can a company take almost a week to respond? .  it is very fishy..   cmz might try to get all the numbers to fit its own story
