results of the auction coming out on wed, will it push the price up again?

Looks very positive.I too agree this is a good buy.
Cheong to 25 cents is very possible,maybe sooner than reported.

It's NAV drop a lot after the bonds issue... I think noe left 0.20+ only...
China New Town IPO is 0.80 SGD
and China Properties land Sales hit record in Beijing and Shanghai....
Sure Not...dont make me so happy
Monday sure cheong meh..
Sold land @ RMB1b+ and profit more than 50%... Monday will take a rocket to aerospace...
