When we play the stock markets, we are actually always taking risks.   Sometimes there are surprising rewards and sometime surprising losses. Take it as part and parcel of the game, otherwise it would be safer to put the money under the pillow.   Never put it with the bank as with the pillow it never get lesser physically, but with banks nowadays you need ot pay them to keep your money. Hahaha!
Bro
Look forward for future business and invention that loss are pass. Just a hope that all. Those giving a good call on this stock seem disappearing

This project, jointly spearheaded by Transcu Group in Japan with Forest Pine Energy Inc (“FPE”), uses proprietary technology developed by Transcu subsidiary Biomass Energy Corporation (“BME”).The technology developed by BME is both well respected and verified, having been officially supported in a joint statement to the Japanese House of Representatives bythe Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (“MAFF”), the Department of Environment and the Department of Economy, Trade and Industry.
The process and technology, which utilises special filters from Chiyoda Technol Corporation to remove the cesium, has been developed over 15 years with assistance from Japan’s MAFF by BME Chairman Masayasu Sakai, a former Professor of Engineering at the Nagasaki Institute of Applied Science and a senior researcher at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
“This really is cutting-edge technology in the fullest sense of the term – not only does it clean up the cesium contamination, but it generates bio gases economically from the contaminated biomass itself.”
“This is the first time our BME biomass machine has been used to clean up radioactive waste, and Transcu sees future potential in assisting other nuclear reactor cleanups,” Mr Komo said.
This BBs has tremendous destiny, keep believing and listening, music is definitely coming ..... Hooray

Nowadays, buildings are getting eco friendly, people spend $$$ to get health. people spend $$$ to be vain ... lol. Life science is here to stay for good. Do you think it is an easy feat to achieve this BREAKTHROUGH ... ???
Transcu  Group says its clean-up technology is a game-changing innovation.  TRANSCU Group has claimed a breakthrough in trials in Fukushima, Japan in which it used a process that cleans up nuclear contamination and converts nuclear waste to energy. Do you not think that Japan want to claim back or restore tourism ? Do you think the world know not what is nuclear contamination ? It is a BIG thing and people will spend whatever it takes to eliminate the contaminants.
The next phase is on the way, keep on listening and believing .... this BBs has a destiny. Cheers and keep smiling      |

It has rec'd order of 27 BME Machines valued over US$14 million, this amount is already double of last financial year revenue. This is a beginning of the turn around for this company, congrats to all still holding it.

No lah. These bonds were actually exchanged for money to company from subscriber sometime back   Now he merely exercises his right (or option) to change these bonds to shares meaning he probably feels share price will appreciate soon, or he just wants the shares to sell to the market to take back the cash.

Transcu is doing great work for Japan, its shareholders and the world where contamination is a serious concern.
From the anticipated orders of 4,500 machines worth US$2.33 billion over an average of 35 years, it works out to a min revenue of approx US$5.50 million per month for Transcu, that is US$67 million revenue for the BME alone.
I heard the profit is around 40% for machines, but lets say basing on 20% profit, Transcu can make good profit of US$13.4 million per year for the next 35 years, on BM machines alone.   Really big win for shareholders.  |

Fukushima trials successful: Transcu
Transcu said that Forest Pine Energy, an energy solutions company, has agreed to order 27 BME machines, valued at more than US$14 million, for their Hokkaido and Okinawa power projects.
Transcu, which is hoping for a mass order, said: " With an
estimated 20 million tonnes of contaminated forest and other vegetable matter
at Fukushima, Transcu anticipates that the ultimate installation will consist
of approximately 4,500 BME machines [more than US$2.33 billion], creating 400,000 jobs and generating 3.2
billion kW/yr of electricity in the process, over the course of 30-40
years."

The Group expects project trial production to commence in June of this year. The partnership with Olympia provides an established manufacturing platform for BME that Japanese customers recognize and trust, and will be pay a strategic role for the BME business expansion going forward. Chiyoda is a radioisotope applications manufacturer in Japan, and is handling products of Areva of France which is known as the prime brand for radioactive and nuclear energy related technologies. BME has entered into an agreement with Chiyoda to jointly develop biomass energy plants to remove radioactive cesium from the contaminated wood in Fukushima prefecture. In addition to the effective removal of cesium from the contaminated wood, the joint process will also produce biogas which will be used for the production of electricity for the region.

Well, I got 2000 lots (2 million shares) around there, and my original thinking was that this guy could go to 1.7 to 2 cents, with the bullish announcement, but disappointed. There is an opportunity cost here to bear.   So may sell maybe next week or so if it remains 12/13.

Through experience.   Also looking at figures.
Generally, if a few trading days have passed since a bullish announcement is made, and the price of a share does not move up to show a higher low and and higher high, that will indicate that there is a lack of interest in the share.
Investing in a stock is usually based on expectations and the nearer of future future.   When there is no interest, that usually mean the counter has lost its fight.
A good announcement is a credit to the company, and this will either have earned credibility or lost it.
Directors need working harder to sell more machines and products and earn more for the company.   I hold some shares, but may dispose of them should the shares continue to refuse to move up.
