DMG ups United Envirotech target to $0.66
SINGAPORE
- DMG & Partners has upgraded its target price for Singapore-listed
Chinese waste water treatment firm United Envirotech to $0.66 (US$0.49)
from $0.53 and kept its 'buy' rating.
DMG has raised its 2011 earnings forecast for United Envirotech
by 25.2 per cent to $24 million on the back of its latest project win,
which is expected to boost its engineering, procurement and construction
order book to $140 million.
The firm won a contract worth 200 million yuan to build a wastewater treatment plant in Neijiang, China.
'Macro outlook of the wastewater treatment industry in China remains bright,' said DMG in a report.
Shares of United Envirotech have gained 57 per cent so far this year to close at $0.495 on Monday. -- REUTERS

UtdEnvirotech is kind of high now. Support at $0.37 and Resistance at $0.50. MACD and Stochastic are in Overbrought Region, chances of going down is high. Since you brought at $0.49, you can try your luck and hope that it breaks the $0.50 Resistance Level. If it falls below $0.475, I suggest you cut your losses. Good luck.

The cheong on yesterday is quite an amount without any catalsyt (as declared by Utd envir in yesterday declaration to SGX). Thus i guess that why ppl like dealer let off it first quite normal.
Emm and anyway it is norm to see today a stock cheong very high, but next day corrected. Genting is a very good example...............

Biz, an env solns. Px 0.37 - 0.42 weeks ago. Dun feels why it surges, with below reports, lately.
1Q11 PART merely 4.226 mil, owing earnings soared more than 200% on the back of 153% jump in revenue. D increase was maninly due to the higher engrg income. Co seeks to provide op n maint svcs to further boost as recuring income stream.
Unless, there is unexpected coy news going to announce soon. AK guesses loh. Cheers.

Ha ha, if dun know the reason of cheonging, leave it alone. Dun touch the hot yam. So far, didn't see any report on ds burger why chiong. If it was a last mins BB's play, then be careful liao. There so many better counters ard, hence dun kena con loh.Cheers.
