Yes started rather slow, but vol is decent at mid-day. Still those that bought cheap could be throwing out. Slow but steady for now. maybe will see a run later.

Not likely big movement down from now. 2 concerns were Parent  stx financial health and whether stxosv will sell more shares. stx reply to bloomberg they don't have any financial issues and business as usual. stxosv rarely keen to sell shares even when IPO oversubscript. Now they are locked in by contractual obligation to Oz investment even harder especially Oz will not agree if stosv sell shares at lower price of below $1.02 than sold to them at $1.33 in July.

Furthermore all the small holders held  less than  50 million shares and last friday 10% plunge already traded 40 millions. The rest of the long term holders are institutional holders who bought during IPO at $0.79 for dividend yields and are probably lock in till Nov 11. They didn't sell when price went down below $0.90 during Oct 3 plunge so why would they sell at $1.02?

Bidding on stk volatility by BBs, on Euro uncertainty. Once it goes cheap, BBs start collection time, once Euro is clear about in which direction it want to go in it debt woes and banks woes, tis stk will be a flavour stk punt again back where it need to belong, going places for $1.38...$1.48 for distribution.

Just sharing my alternative opinion....Happy trading..Ya.

Stock players in many counters who have cut loss about

12 months ago would not have reached the devastating

losses by holding holding them till the present time... Smiley

You are not getting the attitude of a trader correct.

To cut is to protect your capital, your stop-loss is your guide.

If your stop-loss is triggered, a good trader will get out no matter what and don't look back.

If your mentality is that you think price can re-bounce from here and therefore you don't want to cut, then trading is not for you. It's better for you do something else.

I don't know if price would re-bounce in the short-term, all I know is stop-loss triggered, sell.

I'm just sharing my views, I'm not going to be responsible for your losses.

You have to make your own call.

I neither believe the news nor chart.I believe this a pump and dump stock. Not to worry sold or bought today ...this a short term panic selling , crazy buying is on the way...just my 2 cents view.

alexchia01      ( Date: 21-Oct-2011 16:23) Posted:

If you don't believe the analyst, you should at least believe the chart.

Today's fall is quite significant, cut through 1 week gain with high volume.

If you are still have some, better sell and get out.

Hmm, so is STX OSV holdings in Singapore as a separate entity involved directly in the debt-riddened situation? If it's the mother share back in korea and the few others, fundamentally, STX OSV holdings who's strong contract book and profit/dividend shouldn't be affected right?
