STX OSV: Goldman Maintains Buy with $1.65 TP. Note that following news that the STX group may look to exit its 51% STX OSV stake to repay debt, grp shares have underperformed the Singapore index/sector by 8%/12% since 20 Oct.
While the mkt sees this as a share price overhang, house believe valuations are compelling enough for investors to add to STX OSV positions (6.5X 2012E P/E against 12.1X sector average), and expect new orders to accelerate over the next 12 mths and drive share price. |

Arigato Gozaimas....STX is a volatile counter....regardless of good news or bad news....it can just jump and commit suicide and can still act like nothing happen the next day...Day trader if play this counter must put their mouse cursor always ready to click sell or buy...

STX captain received telex to cancell goinbgt North...instead to go south ....LOL
Looks like the STX ship wants to dock for a while before resuming journey North.
Will watch overall market too, seems a bit choppy.

Strong support resisting market sell off.
Contract announcements recently must have helped.
I am looking to load this one.

the so call post euro debt crises meeting is wearing out.

STX OSV: Could see positive sentimenets as it announced contracts for 4 PSVS valued at above NOK 1b. Orderwin brings YTD orderwins to an approximate NOK 6.3b orders, vs FY10 of Nok12.5b. However we note that Grp still have not record contracts for 8 LPG carriers worth US$1.2b (Nok 2.8b), expected to be made effective by end 3Q11 or 4Q11.
We note that grp also has guidance for Ebitda margins to remain above 15% and for FY11 rev to remain ard Nok11-12b. Orderbook at approximately Nok16b underpins earnings visibility till 2013.
