one Research Vessel for the Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (“NDLO”).

This news came out last week.
STX OSV - LPG carrier contract turns effective STX OSV has ended a waiting game as a 3bil Norwegian krone (S$671.6mil) contract to build 8 liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) carriers for Brazil's Transpetro turned effective. With that, STX OSV's order book got bumped up to 9.6bil Norwegian krone to date, much closer to street-wise estimates of 11bil krone for the full year.

STX Europe Group undergoes restructuring

STX OSV Holdings Limited on Monday announced that its holding company, STX Europe Holding AS, has merged with its parent company and is now known as STX Europe AS.
The purpose of the merger is to simplify the company structure of the Europe group, it said.
As a result of the merger, all the assets, rights, liabilities and obligations of STX Europe Holding AS have been transferred to STX Europe AS as the surviving entity of the merger, and STX Europe AS has confirmed that the transfer will not have any impact on STX OSV.
The merged entity is now the holding company of the Singapore-listed firm and therefore holds direct interest rather than deemed interest.
