GLP FY2012 profit falls 23.4%, plans 3 cts/shr dividend

Global Logistics Properties Limited (GLP) on Thursday reported a 217.9 per
cent increase in year on year net earnings to US$156.53 million for the fiscal
fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012.
Profit surged on share of results of jointly-controlled entities, which
increased 736.1 per cent year on year to US$166.11 million.
Turnover increased 23.2 per cent to US$153.27 million a year ago,
attributable to the completion and stabilisation of the group's development
projects in China,
contribution from Transfar, higher contribution from ACL and the strengthening
of the Japanese Yen and Chinese Renminbi against the US Dollar.
Earnings per share for the quarter was 3.21 US cents, up from 1.07 US cents
a year ago.

IF went below $1.90 the neckline then will head even lower..agree today's dead cat bounce..don't touch..consider its results will be out by june since its FYE 31Maech 2012..bad sign the shares weakening..maybe the big shareholders are unloading
