0.135 5000 lots.
Had initially thought that when the Company did a share buy-back at 0.14.. That will be a strong support level.. now its back to 0.13 again!
think the price is being controlled at $0.13. everyday >10mm q at 0.125 and 0.135.
And the selling and buying continues...
Hopefully the price action will stabilize and trend upwards..
See people keep dumping this counter.. my heart bleeds.. hai

i wonder who is dumping the share everyday when the company is signaling its intent to protect the share price. Excessive share buy back is also not good for the company, company only has RMB 198 million in cash.

Share buy backs are one of the way a company could reward its shareholders when it has excess cash. The shares bought are kept as treasury shares thereby reducing the number of outstanding shares in the market. This enhances the value of the remaining shares in the market as it increases the proportion of shares held by the shareholders. This is opposite of a private share placement which is dilutive since it reduces the proportion of shares held by shareholders.
The reduced number of shares will hence increase the EPS and NAV of the stock. This makes the shares more attractive.
Hopefully market will take notice and start pushing the price higher abit!

Announcement on SGX that it has bought a further 1.1million shares today.. Seems to be an on-going trend now?
dont need to worry about the 10400 lots sell down at 0.135 today, the company wont be so stupid to buy 10000 lots at 0.14 beforehand if they know that the share price is going to drop below that
more share buyback to defend $0.14 floor.

Finally this counter starts to move up..... Likely is share buy back.
Usually share buy back is kept as treasury shares.
