Singapore – 30 September 2010 – Mainboard-listed United Envirotech Ltd. (“United Envirotech”, “UEL”, “the Group”, or “联合环境技术有限公司”), a leading membrane-based water and wastewater treatment solutions provider, is pleased to announce that it has completed Asia’s largest underground municipal Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) plant in Guangzhou City. The contract, worth a total value of RMB264 million, has a design capacity of 100,000m3 per day. With an underground depth of 20metres, the Jing Xi（京溪） MBR plant takes up the smallest ground area among all wastewater treatment plants in China, approximately 1/10 of a traditional water and wastewater treatment plant.

Thought I saw price went up to 0.52 cts last Tuesday (Sept. 24) whilst waiting at Changi Airport T2 holding area.  But didnt get the opportunity to check if it went further than this.

Yes, Utd Env is a good company - in the words of a Mr Edward Zajac, an 94 year-old American investor in today's My Paper, said one of his strategic fits is to "seek firms with promising products.." and Utd Env is such a company.

Ya, should have bought in some but yesterday was kind of tense to see today's market(not clear) and am afraid that it will go down further like before.

Yes, it's a very good fundamental company but the price is quite speculative too.

UEL will also be seeing more contributions from some of its newly-completed BOT/TOT projects, which should start contributing from Oct onwards, namely the 50,000m3/day Heilongjiang project and the 30,000m3/day Hegang project. And to reflect the likelihood of higher treatment contributions, we adjust our FCF growth rate from 2% previously to 3% (while keeping everything else unchanged), and this in turn raises our fair value from S$0.52 to S$0.63. NewAsia just broadcast "keep buying Utd envirotech tp up to 63cts. guess many of you have just watched it though

 

It should support itself around 45-46cts.

DMG has raised its 2011 earnings forecast for United Envirotech by 25.2 per cent to $24 million on the back of its latest project win, which is expected to boost its engineering, procurement and construction order book to $140 million. The firm won a contract worth 200 million yuan to build a wastewater treatment plant in Neijiang, China. 'Macro outlook of the wastewater treatment industry in China remains bright,' said DMG in a report. Shares of United Envirotech have gained 57 per cent so far this year to close at $0.495 on Monday. -- REUTERS

I just dumped it this afternoon..thinking that it was at rather high price. last time bought it at a high of 0.535...then managed to average it to 0.505 and sold it
