On Monday, STX OSV broke the support at $1.41 and closed at $1.40 with LOW volume of 4.86 million shares traded.

An engulfing bearish line occurred (where a black candle’s real body completely contains the previous white candle’s real body).  The engulfing bearish pattern is bearish during an uptrend it then signifies that the momentum may be shifting from the bulls to the bears.

Both RSI & MACD are bearish as RSI trend downwards.

" Sembcorp Marine evaluates investment opportunities from time to time and will make the necessary announcements when appropriate," the Singapore-based company said in a filing to Singapore Exchange, in response to media reports that it may be considering a bid. STX Group, South Korea's shipping-to-shipbuilding conglomerate, said on Tuesday that it is inviting 18 domestic and foreign companies to consider acquiring a controlling stake in STX OSV. It didn't name the companies. The group is looking to sell its entire 50.75% stake in STX OSV, held by STX Europe, which is in turn wholly controlled by two affiliates of STX Group--STX Offshore & Shipbuilding Co. (067250.SE) and STX Engine Co. Stockmarketmind..how did U buy previously? ramp up so can fetch higher price..made many rounds b4 ..now holding for its $50 per lot dividend payable may be in April for FYE 31/12/11...last year AGM debut held at Raffles Hotel..management has delivered its promise in terms of contracts secured and profit

 

Any body know why this counter going up so fast. pls tell me can buy or sell.
