My valuations show that this self liquidating trust with a maturity of 26 years comes up to a yield to end of life of 10%

  My analysis here

net debt to asset of 16% looks secure. currently fair value.

Can't agree more than you.  I will do nothing in the next few trading days or very minimum thing if the prices are so low and can't resist.

I think it can go below 0.600 with this kind of market sentiment globally. Just have to be very careful especially now.

I believe it already drop close to 50% if you include the currency conversion rate between SGD and USD.

Good Luck :p

It dropped almost 40% from its IPO at US$1.01 since debut. How much further it can drop with the current market sentiment is a BIG BIG Question Mark???????

Even though it may give attractive dividend but the stock value keeps dropping is quite scary. Hope it can rebound soon once the market sentiment improves. For now, it will be in my radar screen.

HPH have not declare divendend quarterly... so I think it should be 2 times a years...

BTW, think they are giving quite good dividend leh...  I think about HKD 14 per unit.

Agree. You can start to buy when you see LKS accumulating his own shares...

this counter is of good fundamental, but as again if recession hit, all will be hit too,

but ,no worry this counter can keep, if go down further i think can buy more, wait awhile first.

I think the main reason it is in US$, so a weak dollar is a disadvantage, but i see the dollar strengthening soon, be pateint.

I stopped buying when it was at 0.70 and also not selling as I'm just holding a small quantity.

Now it approaching 0.60,  do you think this is a good buy ?

Unless you have the spare money to buy

oni, no call whatsoever.

Look like it is going to be difficult, even to cross 0.800.

  Sigh!!!!

I would not consider HPH Trust US$ unless it can cross back above $0.85.

wishbone      ( Date: 28-Jun-2011 10:46) Posted:

I heard of it quite sometime back as someone told me this one has potential but to I don't quite like it and therefore did not go further from there. I also did not check on it.
