Hope the adage " Buy from the fearful and sell to the greedy " is still valid.
But of course, don't put too much eggs in the same basket.

A share is good only when one makes $$.....see PSL goes from 0.19 to 0.29 within a matter of days and yet fundamentally, it is many times inferior to Sapphire.(the only vanadium producer in SGX |

its after share consolidation. just after the last time they announce their earnings, declared 0.01SGD dividend and after that, share buy-back from open mkt. correct me if i am wrong.

Long term investment should not be heavily vested... Must always reserve some for averaging ... If it go to 21.5ct, I will buy for averaging... Never rush when come to averaging...
