The upcoming qtr Rotary will give good results based on its last year obtained contract. Some contracts is already running.................

Hi Tony, Thank you for the advice for not overtrading. will keep that in mind always. 
( but sometimes hand very itchy... haiz....)
Looking at rotary, it looks v.good for the next 2-3yrs to come with oil hitting new highs, confirmed projects, good cash. etc. As im speculating the stock, i may sell if it can hit anything above $1.2 as it gives me a return of abt 20% in less than 2 mths. or should i hold?
I had been selling most of my speculative counters and holding abt 40% of cash in my whole portfolio. Mainly holding singpost, GRP, adampak, qianhu, datapulse for dividends or may sell if they hit 30-50% profit maybe.
Is holding cash good now? everyone is talking up the market for 2010. am i going to miss the boat once again?
I do hope to see a little correction by end jan or early feb hopefully.

The Board of Directors of Rotary Engineering Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has increased its investment in its subsidiary, Petrol Steel Co. Ltd. ("PSCL") by subscribing for an additional 23,000 shares at the consideration of SAR1,000 per share in the capital of PSCL. This investment has been effected by capitalization of a loan amount of SAR23 million due from PSCL.
Prior to the subscription, the Company held an equity stake of 51% in PSCL. After the subscription of shares, the Company continues to hold 51% of equity stake in PSCL.
The above transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and the net tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year.
None of the Directors or controlling shareholders has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction other than through their shareholdings in the Company.

Rotary cannot follow (for the time being) the TA or FA since it was controlled by some illusionist. Today it looks the grip of the illusionist is easing and I saw some slight changes in the trading pattern. Hope the New year brings good luck to this counter.

| Rotary has stopped by the 55MA at $1.07 n closed at $1.06 , but it has already given a reversal signal . It formed today a bullish engulfing pattern with big volume .The next upside resistance to clear is $1.10 n further up is at $1.13 which may look stronger . But if it could clear all these obstacles n stay above $1.13 for some time , it may consider as confirmation of an uptrend again . Because by that time , there will be none moving averages above it , the sky looks clearer |
