Cosco announced that its 51% owned COSCO Shipyard Group had secured shipbuilding contracts valued at US$724.36 million (~S$1.09 billion) to build 16 bulk carriers from Germany, Taiwan and Greece shipowners. The 16 bulk carriers will be delivered between Mar 2010 and Jul 2011.

let sgx buy back for you? my goodness, it is not wise at all for naked short at all... don't think i will do that, shoud just admit the loss and buy back at the end of the day is safer~
life is not interesting if you share is under the control of sgx buy back scheme for those shortist. I think they will charge you 2 bid higher than the market rate.
