| Description | The Board of Directors of Rotary Engineering Limited (“Company”) wishes to announce that the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary SINGLOBAL (M) Sdn Bhd (“SINGLOBAL”) has entered into a Sale & Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Rotary Mec (M) Sdn Bhd (“Vendor”) to purchase an industrial property in Malaysia with a land area of approximately 669 square metres with existing office/factory/ancillary buildings located at No. 16 Jalan PJS 7/21 Bandar Sunway, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor for the purchase price of Malaysian Ringgit MYR1.2 million (“Consideration”) based on an independent valuation. The Group intends to utilise the Property for its own use. The Property will be occupied by the Group’s engineering design, procurement and construction businesses in Malaysia carried on via SINGLOBAL. Ten per cent (10%) of the Consideration was paid as a deposit upon execution of the SPA and the balance 90% will be paid on Completion. The cost of the above acquisition will be financed by internal funds and is not expected to have any material impact on the Group’s consolidated earnings and net tangible assets per share of the Company in the financial year ended 31 December 2009. None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transactions. just sold at $1.12 as for pp. :( neve manage to reach $1.2 at all...
will go in this counter if it may be able to hit anywhere $1 - $1.07 range.

Rotary certainly goes into uptrend now , RSI is at 80 , ADX is rising while DIs are positively placed , it would first go up to $1.25 to fill a gap there .

at $1.16 (support-turned resistance), breaking which, we see the subsequent resistance
at $1.30 (key support-turned-resistance)."
