LMA is as dead as "ghost town"

Appears uptrend is "failed" attempt at short selling. Forced to cover up?  Can uptrend hold? Think the "damned contra players" would cause LMA to dip again the next few days.

 

hmm... almost a week of sustained buying ... should be covering my technical short pretty soon...

 

hikitty, I am in the same boat as you now, but contra at 0.38...., but again, I still have 20 lots on queue at 0.36, anyway LMA already gave good kopi$$... so, when can you breakeven now? LOL... .

 

Fast and furious can kill," low excitement" very soothing. SembMarine yesterday really frightening.

 

Hi hohokit LMA for excitement? With its low volume, it low excitement may kill!! Most buyers(may be jackjames is one of them) are still queuing up to buy at prices lower than 0.345cts!

don't gam chong yet, Porter Orlin LLC purchase price is between 0.37-0.385, not a single one of us miss the boat yet...

We can purchase comfortable amount first today, and pump in some "extra" IF it drops further , pending for the results announcements ~

Expect Alex Porter to be given a board seat at LMA soon.  This would be a welcome move.  On the litigation front, LMA's attorney appears to be tightening their grip on patent infringement suit against Ambu by taking their case to US courts.  Suspect this is to force an out of court settlement just as we have seen in the Tyco's case.  Result for the German court ruling should be out soon.

The UBS purchase likely came from a single source, New York based investment firm Porter Orlin LLC with a execution order to go into the market on 15 & 16 October to purchase exactly 10 million shares. Porter Orlin seems to have a special interest in buying concentrated position in Pharma & Medical start-ups.


Wish me well, I've loaded up more than 300 lots last week for my 12-18 months hold.

consolidating at this point of time is good, and we see UBS purchasing huge lots, that is a good news for sure.

However, I would prefer to wait until the 3Q results released . Right now, I would say it will go up, but many people will be like me, wait to see the 3 Q results. We want to see how bad the result is. If (20%) is okay, if more than (50%), it will drop furthermore obviously.

Right now, 1H 07 net income is USD 8.978 million which is 23.97% decreased compared to 1H06, and there is no profit warning during the last quarter, but now, with profit warning of 3Q AND 4Q (emphasize"AND 4Q") , how much lower this time? Shouldn't it more than 25 % ? If so, what is the Year 2007 net income results to be ? decreased more than 60 % ? 70%? you dont know, I don't know either...

girl, this is common sense, we all know the charges.., but come on, with 50 lots of buy and sell charges are only SGD 100

well, with the LMA current price of 0.37, I am not playing 20 lots , but 50 lots for contra, come on, few thousands dollars is better than nothing or paper loss ..

but you got one point right, LMA is "appeared to be consolidating"....

When you trade, the happiest entity is the SGX, and the happiest person is your remisier. Both parties will make money out of you whether you  take profit or cut loss  As a  trader, your gain will justify your " tension" if your contra is based on a big volume.  If it is a small volume of, say,  20 lots, it's just my humble sug-gesss- tion,  that you should consider playing  shares with greater volatility, not LMA shares which appear to be consolidating!

 

aiyaa,.. girl, I am very realistic one, if it can go up, I will contra with bigger volumes, I will not like someone shouting LMA is so good so good since year 2006 until now ( for me it is the greatest jokes), even i show all the FA results facts in details figure, someone still acts like she is a CEO of the company, saying no problems.. you better pray the real results is "in-line" with their expectation..

so, how many times u have averaging this month? 500 lots ? LOL... so, you average price now is 60 cents? LOL..

so, my philosophy is simple, if there is a rebound I would love to join you, heeee.... but again, today closing at 0.37 is nothing fantastic lo.. I am on the queue again at 0.355, heee.... daydreaming eh?
