K1 started its move already... initial news of the sale is driving it up.
Good Technology Inc, which K1 has a 5% stake, is to be sold to Motorola. Good Tech is in the mobile computing software business. Completion of the sale will be early 2007.
No details of the $$$$ figures are available....but sale should be positive for K1 bottomline in FY2007.
just average up my K1 at 40.5c today. cheers
Well. U can see that price is still going north bit by bit nearer to it distribution date., tested 41c and closed at $0405cts
yupz but didnt expect such big dip. This kind of big dip in a single day is what u see at the start of big correction... nevertheless i was expecting a correction since last month thus i am not caught much by todays dip except this K1. anyway, there is a few sellers which spoilt the show. a few weak players sold out at 0.4 when most held for min. 405.
No yah..$$$ gone in ipo counter, for U info this is still a good counter, player is still there but for today. U know, i know and most of them oso know sti is bad for today, sign of bad news has reach my ears since last week.

some idiots sold out at 0.4. if u notice the vol done at 0.4 was very low. all the time, the vol to buy at 0.4 was 3 times vol to sell at 0.405...
Prices has been floated 395/40c, now 41/415c on profit take, Monday they will still be players coming in, if it market condition prevail.
