Dividend amount might be big if profit is good.

Yesterday only 70 lots done, today worse only 11 lots as of now....
Sell and stay away for a while may be a better choice now.
Yawn..... this counter so quiet..... yawnzz.......
Happy New Year everyone!
Think their annual report will be out next week.
Very eager to see the dividend amount.
Lets not forget a dividend yield that would exceed 10% haha !!!
I suppose the only problem with the company is that it's order book is shrinking rapidly.

This company has generated positive free cash every year for the past 5 years.
Paying 26 cents for a company that has 20 cents net cash per share (and is generating more)...this sounds like a no-brainer.
This correction has really uncovered some great bargains.

Question 1:
Are you aware of any information not previously announced concerning you (the
issuer), your subsidiaries or associated companies which, if known, might explain the
trading?
Company’s response to Question 1:
The group is constantly seeking M&A opportunities in the normal course of business.
Currently, the Company is negotiating a M&A deal in China. The Company has just
begun discussion and the outcome of the negotiation remains uncertain. As at even
date, no conclusion has been reached. The Company will, in accordance with its
obligations under the listing rules, release announcement as and when appropriate if
there is any binding agreement entered into for the deal.
In the meantime, the Board would like to advise shareholders and the investing
public that this announcement is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the
Company, its subsidiaries or their securities and the shareholders and investing
public should exercise extreme caution in the dealing of the shares of the Company.

Wonder what is the outcome of the M&A discussion in China?
Totally agreed, that is why i have no worries when investing in this counter.

They should be giving their 1.4 cent dividend when they announce their results. It is over 10% dividend yield for a company whose net cash/share is 19.9 cents LOL.
The problem is that their business is highly unpredictable and dependent on contract wins. Their order book is dwindling away and I fear that their CEO might be too cautious for his own good. The company has $60 million cash and yet they are not utilizing it to grow the company...
