Indofood will offer a price which i believe retailer will think twice.

The offer is definite. The question is whether offer for all the shares or a predetermined percentage of the shares with

whitewash resolution

It would be suicidal for the board to make this announcement and then announce NO offer.

Most likely what will happen is BB will mopped up all shares at opening after the announcement. This is real opportunity for any BB with

deep pocket.

Look like all the announcement and timing is timed to roast glaucus. Whatever the price, high or low,

it's inconsequential at this stage.

The key is Glaucus  MUST buy back to cover and there is real opportunity to make money from Glaucus.

 

What you all think the offer price will be 40 c ? 50 c or 60 c ....how to huat ?
