No, I check with my broker, they radio announcer, know nuts about investment, they " Ka Kiang" - trying to be smart, and round the figure. Example if Keppel now is $4.5, they sometime say it is trading closed to S$5, then everybody so happy, but actual is only at S$4.5.
Na Bei S$0.017, should round up la, say " trading at 2 cents" , at least make me happy and feel shiok. ha ha ha. lol. Cause me a picnic.

The radio 93.8, Market Indices report, on air, while I was driving, the host anounce " MDR last trading at 1 and a half cents" , I immediately pull my car to the side, open my ipad to check, bloody hell, it is trading at S$0.017. Come on, pls don't any how announce, make me a shock and this can create accident !!!
