but some opininon by playing support and and absorbing what the yue de hua guy is selling.just giving him chance to dispose.
first let him dispose everything . then dollar average
not wise as to accumulate now as facing a 170 million shares seller .
just keep some incase there is a buyout or turnaround because the 20+ investors who invested in it earlier at a higher pricedid their homework and hence got some hope
so to avoid panic buy less and hold until u get your target price.

(c) As part of the global settlement, YDH will procure the owner of the land at Zhangpu County, Gulei Town, Gulei Village (collectively "
Total no of 446,317,492 Oceanus Shares to be transferred as aforesaid represents 22.13% of the total issued share capital of the Co at the date of this announcement. The execution of the Settlement Documents as well as the subsequent transfer of the 446,317,492 Oceanus Shares held by NCY indirectly through Bestglobal will not result in any change to the composition of the Board or the management of the Co and thus will not affect the future |

i wonder if the CEO knows the share price at this moment and that this yu de hua has been selling shares in open market for months.
and whether hes going to do something to support share price.
I still collecting 100 lots at 4.3 cents., but cannot get. But it is ok, still keeping some higher ones.

very disappointing counter. :(
Not short of cash at all with recent investments by many cash rich investors. I don't think they have any plan to call for more capital.
