LIKE I SAY - RELAX BRO
if they got so much cash in their banks, then why do they even bother to borrow so much money in the form of CBs?
too many of these s chips have a lot of cash in the for of cash and its equivalents as stated in the balance sheet... well, we can see who has it and has not
I am just curious why you consider it over-valued ? Seems to be very cheap to me unless I am missing out on some information haha !!!

RELAX BRO, LIKE THEY SAYS, ITS JUST BUSINESS............
TIME WILL TELL WHEN WE MAKE OUR MOVES .....................
US$170 million is nothing. No bank will refuse to lend anyone US$170 million for a few weeks if they can prove that their PRC account has US$300 million cash.

I think it is suicidal to short a highly illiquid stock IMO. Not easy to cover back.
Anyway, why do you consider CM Pacific over-valued? I think its true value should be around $0.90 based on earnings and dividends.
HA, HA, HA ..........
TOUCH A SENSITIVE SPOT, I GUESS ................
ANYWAY, I AM DEADLY SERIOU ABOUT S SHARES WHICH ARE OVERVALUED
..............LIKE CM PACIFIC
THATS WHERE I MAKE MY MONEY ..................
How about the Bank has no liquidity?

I don't think any SOE-related stock will be affected by fraud, Such activities will bring bad light to the PRC Govt. Instead focus on cash-rich companies, which refuse to pay out at least 25% of their earnings as dividends and their CEO/Chairman is the largest shareholder. Such companies generally have poor corporate governance.
NO BIG DEAL -
THERE WILL BE OTHER CHINA STOCKS OR SOE RELATED STOCKS TO STRIKE..............
They won't lift the halt until they repay the bond-holders haha. It is too late to short. You should have done it 2 weeks ago haha
Not vested in this milk counter.

Made lots of money this year
Can use it to short china milk .....................
Shortist , target this company when trading starts ..... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Let its price go to 1 ct before it becomes Ferrochina ......................
Auditors didn't resign. It was the Chairman of the Audit committee who resigned. Auditors are not liable for fraud committed by the company. They do not search through all of the companies accounts etc. Auditors only give an opinion during the report - they never give a definite statement to protect themselves from legal actions.

CALCULATION - YOU READ THE FINANCIAL REPORTS OF THIS CO.
THAT GIVES GOOD INDICATION THAT U ARE VESTED ?????????????????
ANYONE WHO GOES TO JAIL OVER THE FRAUD WILL BE GOOD, VERY GOOD...........
LET THE LAW RULE ....................
NOW, CAN I TARGET THIS COMPANY FOR BIG TIME SHORT WHEN TRADING STARTS AGAIN ????????????
THATS MORE IMPT TO ME .................................
The auditors did not resign. Only the director in the Audit Committee resign. Auditors will not be held responsible for any fraud but a director can.

WELL, WE ARE BASICALLY INTERESTED IN THIS MILK COMPANY GOING UNDER LIKE FERROCHINE OR NOT, MAY IT WILL SURVIVE LIKE A SMALL SHELL OF ITSELF
HOPE U ARE NOT VESTED IN THIS CHINA COMPANY (I AM NOT)
I HAVE MANY TIMES ADVSIED AGAINST INVESTING IN THSES COMPANIES ...........
MANY PEOPLE HAVE LOST THEIR FORTUNE ...............
WORSE THING IS IT TAKES TIME TO REACH THE STAGE LIKE FERROCHINA, ITS TORTURE ..................
Before any new auditor is appointed he needs to seek written confirmation from outgoing one - that there is no professional reason not to accept this audit. Should there be known fraud it will be revealed then. If outgoing auditor keep mumb his CPA licence will be in jeopardy .

Even at this stage - saying you cannot pay back a loan will mean you are dead meat ...................
