Ya, last week my wife bot at 1.29 but i forgot what day liao, maybe u can check it out. She tell me to load also but i focus on other counter i want, i even told her dont anyhow load cause dont know how low it can drop and the market sentiment like shit. 4QFY10 results above expectation. OSIM International Ltd
(OSIM) delivered a strong set of 4QFY10 results last evening
which beat market and our estimates. Revenue declined 5.9%
YoY to S$132.6m while net profit surged 108.3% YoY to
S$16.9m. The YoY decline in revenue was due mainly to the
conversion of GNC Australia into franchised outlets, but this
helped to improve profitability. Sequentially, revenue and net
profit increased 13.6% and 30.1% respectively. For FY10,
OSIM's revenue increased 6.7% to S$508.7m, which was 2.1%
above our forecast (2.4% below consensus). Its bottomline
jumped 114.6% to S$50.1m and this was significantly higher
than our estimate of S$41.5m (vs. consensus' estimate of
S$45.9m). The strong performance was due to better margins
from product innovation and better operating efficiency. As
expected, a final cash dividend of 1 S cent per share was

Upgrade to BUY on better outlook. According to the National
Bureau of Statistics of China, total retail sales of consumer
goods in China grew 18.4% to RMB15.5t in 2010. We believe
there is strong growth momentum for OSIM going forward. In
view of the strong execution capabilities of the group's
expansion plans, rollout of new innovative products and better-
than-expected financial performance, we raise our FY11F
earnings estimate by 18.1%. This in turn increases our fair
value estimate from S$1.68 to S$1.96 (based on 22x FY11F
EPS). Upgrade to BUY.
