pity it cannot close at 0.5c up even though the majority was done at 0.135.
what happened to the share buyback?
The sale price of 2 wuxi land will be around the same as that sold in Oct 2009.So contributions toward the P & L is insigficant .Only the shanghai land in Ludian district will create big splash .So The shanhai land when sold will be the catalyst for investor to jump into the bandwagon.

total land 129211 sqm x S$ 385 = S$ 49,746,235 profit if the price remain as Oct 2009, but which pro price soring at China, guess will be more!!

the last 2 sales makes record profit especially the Shanghai plot, that why they have excess money to do share buy back, the result should be good and hopes that they pay good dividends too so i can go Shanghai Disney Land when it opens!!
They had a profit in 3rd Quarter.. but since that, no news of further land sales!! So most prob will be the 3rd quarter performance bringing up the entire years figures? any comments?
Just hold till the quaterly result out first...should be record profit!!

Recent positive move :
(a) sold luodian land, make a huge GP, will be booked in 3th quarter. Luodian is like a big pool of "gold" mine to CNTown
(b) Wuxi auction will be announced next week wednesday 28 October
Long term :
Investing in China land is the dream of most people. Simple economy : Land price appreciation correlates with economy growth GDP
Possible Upside :
SRE holding the majority of shares of CNTown might propose a dual listing like Sinotel, Changtian, OZee and etc
Valuation
Converting RMB to SGD, i target CNTown to make around 4-5 cent SGD per share , PE of less than 4 with price of 14 cents
As an investor , if you do not have enough cash to purchase land, buy stock that has to do with land especially in China. For those who has missed property stocks frenziness last 2 months, this might be your bet
Do you homework more and you will realize this stock is UNDERVALUED and high potential
