IS It time for DBS BB to stand fwd to support his small bb before to late ???????
if they dont broadcast this positive news also no point haha.
question: usually this kind of news will come out in straits times/business times newspaper tomorrow?
It has to breakout $12.70 to move up.. If not,it may be heading south...

CHINA, SINGAPORE, 13 September 2011– DBS Bank (China) Ltd, a subsidiary of DBS Bank Ltd, said today it continues to register strong growth, with 2011 half-year earnings surpassing its 2010 full-year earnings. In the first half of 2011, DBS China’s net profit rose 160% compared to a year ago to a record high. Concurrently, deposits grew by 90%.
DBS China CEO Melvin Teo said, “DBS China’s strong first-half 2011 performance, coming on the back of a solid performance in 2010, is a validation of our ability to execute well and grow our China franchise. Since DBS set up a locally-incorporated subsidiary in China in May 2007, we have grown our customer base in China by about eight times, and doubled our staff strength to over 1,400. We will continue to invest in growing the franchise and plan to open nine outlets this year so as to better serve our customers.”

TA doesn't looks good..
We like DBS for long term. Certainty Share will surge in Oct likely to see $14. Can take a little and hold. Sellers are Morgan Stanley and CLSA.

DBS CHINA’S EARNINGS IN FIRST HALF OF 2011 AT RECORD HIGH, NET PROFIT REGISTERS 160% YEAR-ON-YEAR GROWTH
Its climbing! Slower compared to other stocks but it seems possible now. With news that China might be helping and China banks are better, it might help Singapore's DBS reach approx. $12.70 region.
Blue chip none the less.

DBS can enter top volume today.. lol.
DBS looks good to enter at $12.38..
Target price $12.80..
I think it will go above 13.50 by Friday.
will it go back to 13.20 today
Banking counters should rally this week.
