most likely Big boys are accmulating big spike at a time. it's tactic they use to prevent small fish from following.
u may see more big spike on interval weeks or month. this is what i think happening.

TA still looks uncertain (I use Acc/Dist and Chaikin charts).
But the sudden spike in volume in the last few days of trading definitely points to something big brewing.
any sifu to give enlightenment on this counter? i shot up from low of 1.25 to close at 1.40.. i've been monitoring it for quite awhile.. thinking of jumping in on monday.. but scared scared.. anyone has TA on this counter? can give advice? thank you many many...
hmm... ain't these warrants at the strike price of 2.50 as good as worthless? since Tat Hong is now trading at only 1.70 with loads of sell-downs but almost nobody buying up...
Daiwa cuts Tat Hong target price to $2.01 from $2.86 to reflect impact of inflation on cost of capital equipment; maintains Hold rating. Broker says crane rental firm's prospects less favorable than in the past as rental rate increases now slowing, fleet expansion decelerating as higher crane prices deter further crane purchases. "We see Tat Hong as a decent investment, but not necessarily one that has a superior valuation, earnings growth or risk profile compared with those of other mid-cap stocks."

The Q1 report is not that good, tsk. EPS year-on-year dropped from 9c to 5.6c. I think their growth has hit the limit. I thought Tat Hong can continue to grow until IR's are almost completed. Now this worries me.

result out on 28/05/08 this Wedesday after mkt. close
and price likely to breakout in north direction.
bollinger bands are really tight. Large price breakout may occur soon.
high demand for their services in China after earthquake is
going to push the profit higher for years
This counter looks resilient at $2.10.

Advise to u is that wait till 2.21 then get in.... safer that way.... now is only with the overall sentiment not it's own movement...
Quite risky but if u are going to hold long term... this is quite a good fundemental kind of stock.....

Tat Hong has done it again- rebounded at its 400day EMA- helped by the general short term market recovery.
Looks like it is having some difficulty in overcoming the general market downtrend this time. Today sucumbed to selling in the afternoon.
Yes, Tat Hong is doing a technical rebound but to be sure, make sure it cross the upper trendline resistance. I entered too early at ave price of 2.45. But I am waiting to enter again using whatever funds have left. Still a very good counter to trade.
Be careful. I think may be tech rebound.
Resistance is at neckline 2.19-2.20
Tat Hong chart looks like it's moving upwards. And per history, when it does, it does not walk.. it runs.. Anybody else has the same observation ?
