Rotary Engineering Limited (the ?Company?) refers to the announcement dated 7 November 2006 (?Announcement?) relating to, inter alia, the Bonus Dividend and the Rights Issue.
Unless otherwise defined, all terms used herein bear the same meaning as in the Announcement.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Register of Members and the Transfer Books of the Company will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 21 December 2006 (?Books Closure Date?) up to and including 26 December 2006 (both dates inclusive), to determine in relation to Shareholders, their entitlements to the Bonus Dividend and in relation to Entitled Shareholders, their provisional allotments of Rights Shares under the Rights Issue.
Duly completed and stamped transfers received by the Company?s Share Registrar, Lim Associates (Pte) Ltd of 10 Collyer Quay #19-08 Ocean Building, Singapore 049315 (with effect from 18 December 2006:- 3 Church Street, #08-01 Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483), up to the Books Closure Date will be registered to determine Shareholders? entitlements to the Bonus Dividend and Entitled Shareholders? entitlements under the Rights Issue; and Shareholders and Entitled Shareholders whose Securities Accounts with CDP are credited with Shares as at the Books Closure Date will be entitled to the Bonus Dividend and provisional allotments of Rights Shares respectively.
Shareholders whose registered addresses are outside Singapore should provide CDP or Lim Associates (Pte) Ltd, at least five (5) market days prior to the Books Closure Date, with an address in Singapore for the service of the Offer Information Statement if they wish to participate in the Rights Issue. dun think will cheong even if dow closes higher. also dow seem  tired liao. may form a double top at 12400...

 

Tonight's Dow closing will mean so much to us.

Hope it closes around the closing, so tomorrow our SG side can do some fierce and unstoppable 'cheong ah, cheong ah' !!!. :)

 

just joking lah. actually dun noe what happen.. can be insider buying or shortist covering position. however the latter is more likely. sign are not good. i guess tomolo wil be another red day.. also tomolo shortist will be back for revenge thus i think rotary will dip tomolo again.

 

hehe... Your persistence really made all the shortists scared.  :)

 

anyway i am still in. my target price is still some distance away..

new shortists here at play.. I guess they are not that pro as they did not use CFD, next dun eva short a overbought counter that has dividend coming soon...

 

Ending strongly ! Anyone took profits already ?

 

Rotary has secured good contracts in book and work-in-progress is in full swing. We should looking future contracts they could secure. I don't think that's a problem given their proven track records.Cheers and santa is coming to town!

 

If one is already dependent on news and such, it is good to hear all the alternative views, such as what "nextdoor" saying  :)
