the high p/b ratio is due to the market pricing in the Merlin takeover, which is why the share price rose from 5-6 cents to 20 cents early this year. of course, the buying in by the guy from Merlin set the target price of 20 cents.

What game is Nomura playing.. Is 10cents the net value by buying at the bottom and selling higher or...? Because according to my memory, Innopac was no where near 7 cents, let alone 10cents for the past week.
