I think so too. QUite a number of pennies has stopped dropping and is building a base to prepare to move up. Let's see! it's good to collect some now.

You can take  a look at  REIT as well especially those shopping mall REITS. I find shopping malls reit have the lowest risk level compared to industrial reit. One -ve impact on these reit are rising interest rates. Thus, wait for a while more for them to reach more attractive yield before jumping in. At least when the higher interest going forward eat into the dividends payable, you still have a respectable yield based on your purchase pric

My maiden post :)

Immediate resistance for STI at 3240-3250 region. If it can go above 3300 and maintain there, chances of a recovery is high. Else we likely head back towards the 3100 level..
