Daniel, I'd asked Bladez to take on a demo a/c becos he cannot continue trading 'live' like this. Did I not? I also mentioned the pitfalls that SOME newbies can potentially make. By posting and highlighting to them serves as a slogan of Caution. There is no 100% protection anyone can shield them whether newbies or seasoned investors from this market.
You think we're no good in our comments nor its not heartfelt? Geez, just who is acting like a critic? Be thankful that we're bothered enough to forewarn.

okay.. so rather than say this comments gaecia and ipunter.. what do you propose/ suggest for the people who would like to learn and get hands on experience from? Would you rather not recommend them a demo account than to see them go into the real market naked and un-learned? I think rather then saying that it's WRONG or it's not very healthy/ useful for new punters to go demo . how about a better suggestion? Constructive criticism.

whilst i admit it's not FULL proofed and it's not completely without risk, i can't think of a better suggestion as of now then to recommend those who would like to learn more about the market and the maddening risk of crowds then to be at the market itself to look ... of course, with reading as well.. but if you can think of a better suggestion.. i'm all ears :D

It does reminds me of someone who made alot of money on gsp, it was easy time & again but that's becos the train kept on going in the same direction until it doesn't.
I somehow also agree with punter. Some newbies will take it as 'just only a practice a/c' and feed onto a reckless trading personality and whack big, take uncalculated risks trade after trade. If after some hit and misses (assisted by a consistent bull trend) sees good net profit in the practice a/c, gets all fired up and switch to actual cash trading or worse, margin trading thinking they're all trained up for it. That's a sure one way ticket for disaster.

And the reason so many real cash accounts are easily blown
is that they have learned to speed early in their training
even before they have learned how to drive...

indo agri very strong reversal sign! lol
u do realize that because you BLOW your account WIDE open with demo accounts.. u kinda figured you aren't ready for the real market yet right? and if there's no stress/ pressure for you to make the right decisions and u still lose it.. it means you are trading wrongly.. on top of that, if you blow your accounts WIDE open with demo accounts you would probably be pretty piss scared to trade in the real world right? and trust me.. if you trade long enough and stick to the demo account.. you will learn from it.. no one makes money out of a demo account if he has no skills to begin with .. you go try it.. try starting a demo account for 30 days.. anyhow trade.. see whether u can survive anot..
Your L plate scenario is only for those who earn money over 30 days base on luck then think they can win then anyhow trade with real cash account.. but you can try it for yourself... you don't survive 30 days trading aggressively even on a demo and survive and be in the black without skill .. try it :)
then ipunter.. if without real life experience and even learning.. how do you even suggest to learn in the first place if demo is even wrong? well honestly this is the first time i heard someone said that demo account was wrong ... so i would like to hear your views.... something that isn't spoken in rythms or rhymes and straight to the point.. your p.o.v thanks :)
I just started a 1-2 mths ago and non stop losing all the way. Still holding some counters in the red... also lost liao. Think will just hold till next yr :(
Europe there all green ... tmrw will chiong again ..

A demo account (for 'paper trading') is, for a newbie, huge account.
It is like giving a L-learner driving lessons in a Formular racing car.
One can thus immediately visualize (and not imagine)
the disastrous outcome that is certain to follow.
And it is routinely common to see traders blow account after account...
after account...

Yes commodities are led by forex moves ie. USD driven, inversely related. When you play Gar, apart from earnings season window when the focus is on micro news, the company's profitabiliy/ bottomline. Most of the time Gar's market mvt is priced according to daily CPO fluctuations. ie. ts just like crude, brent oil prices mah. Oil prices including palm oil are led by daily USD direction and so that's when reading USD trend comes handy.

nope. just closed my personal transaction account with bad debt of 5k. haha now just stating my views and chit chat. why look at USD chart? usd down comm up? dont see the link between those 2. a weaker USD will lower profitability since sales are denominated in USD which when convert back to local, will result is lesser.

Itching to jump in again? Commodities lags forex and inversely related, don't just study that counter's chart for TA. Whenever u want to enter and exit, always check USD's chart trend first.
