Yes through shorting, I am using CFDs. As an example, just now GenSp broke through $2 support. I short sold 200 lots at $1.99. Cover back at $1.97. Profit = $4000 I am actually done for the day. Now just hang around and observe. STI and Shanghai are recovering at the moment. |

REITS are good for dividends, but the stocks themselves grow pretty slowly.
So no, not into reits.
When I plan to retire in 10 years time, when I am 45, then yes.
I will buy lots of REITs then.

STI is down at the moment. Just did a quick scalp on GenSp. Short sold GenSp at 1.99 (1 cent below support at $2). Bought back at $1.97 GenSp support at $1.95 at the moment. |
